If you want a penis pump to give you the biggest erection you have ever seen, then first you must have some understanding of the physics behind the pump, then you can watch the mechanics of it first-hand.
A Bit About The Penis Pump
First we will explain a little myth surrounding penis pumps, that they increase the size of your penis. While this is true, it is very misleading as it is equivalent to saying “That earring will stretch your ear”. Both are true statements, but anyone with an ear piercing will tell that it doesn’t happen overnight, in fact, you have to wear a ring every day for years to get that result. The same can be said about penis pumps, while yes, they can increase the size of your penis, it will take regular use and quite possibly years of work. If you are truly dedicated, and work on it daily, you may see results in a few months, but regardless, that is not what penis pumps were originally designed for. They were designed to give impotent people an alternative to viagra, as viagra can dangerously increase the heart rate of some people and can be addictive.
The world is a mess of entropy, but over time it can somewhat coalesce into some form of order. If you are familiar with thermodynamics, you would know that second law states no energy will spontaneously move into a higher energy area. This is why your coffee gets cold, not hot; this why your cold drink warms to room temperature, but doesn’t keep on rising; basically, everything is trying to find its equilibrium energy state, resulting in the universe ending in a cold, desolate, vast expanse. Fluid dynamics also has a lot to do with how a penis pump works, but if you know how buoyancy works, why a boat made of steel floats, or why oil sits on top of water, which I am sure you do, then we can move on.
The first step to using a penis pump is to put a cock ring on the base of the penis, this will restrict blood blow into the penis, allowing the superior pressure of the pump to pull blood into the penis, but restricts the amount that exits the penis. The next step is to insert your penis into the penis pump, ensuring that there is an air tight seal (if you can’t get a perfect air tight seal, don’t stress, try a few pumps and the pressure should pull it nice and tight around the base of your penis, creating a seal). Once you have perfected the seal, you can either start pumping until you feel comfortable with your erection, or if your pump has a psi gauge, pump it up to the psi recommended on the packaging. Once you are happy with the result, push the quick release valve but leave the cock ring on as this holds the blood in your penis, allowing you to keep an erection longer. Once you have finished your sexual deeds, you may remove the penis ring, and watch your penis deflate.
What is happening here is you are creating another medium inside the pump, a medium with a different atmospheric pressure than outside of the pump. Because you have created a low pressure inside the pump, particles are going to want to enter the pump, to equal out some of the entropy. Remember the thermo and fluid dynamics we spoke about, well they are working as hard as they can to equal the two mediums whenever there is a bridge or opening between the two. In this example, your body is the bridge between the two mediums, and so your body in the high pressure medium will try to fill some the space in the low pressure medium, thus expanding the penis to fill the penis pump cylinder, and in doing so, drawing excess blood into the penis to fill the now unnaturally expanded penis.
The purpose being to fill a flaccid penis with blood, causing an erection. But, yes, you could use the blood in your body to continuously expand your penis, causing it to permanently stretch over time. The principal here would be the same as the one some African tribes practice with discs to expand the length of their lips or ear lobes.
